At Zenvoras Collection, we value your satisfaction. In accordance with UAE Consumer Protection Laws, our policy is as follows:

Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, you are entitled to a full refund, repair, or replacement. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt.

Change of Mind: We offer a 14-day return window for non-defective items. To be eligible, items must be unopened, unused, and in their original premium packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (such as personal care goods or intimate apparel) cannot be returned once opened.

Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was defective.
